Chinese used car reports, as JSON

Che168 and Dongchedi attach inspection reports to many used cars, and Che168 often adds insurance claims and service history. MotorAPIs returns them in the same shape as the Korean reports, with labels in your language.

What this report is

On Che168 and Dongchedi a used car is often inspected before it goes on sale. The report walks through the body, the frame, the engine bay, the electrics and the cabin, and notes every point where the inspector found a problem, including signs of an accident, flood or fire.

Che168 listings can also show how many insurance claims the car has had, any total loss record and the service visits on file, with dates and mileage. Read together, they tell an importer whether a car deserves a closer look.

What’s in the report

Each part appears when the site publishes it. Missing data is marked as unknown, never as fine.

  • Accident, flood and fire checks
  • Items with problems and the inspector’s notes

Insurance claims

  • Number of claims
  • Total loss records, when shown

Service history

In the API

  • The same structure as Korean reports
  • Ready labels in the language you ask for
  • The original Chinese text kept as evidence

How it works

Reports travel inside the car record. Add lang and every label comes in your language, with the site’s own wording kept next to it.

Questions about Chinese reports

Which Chinese sites have reports?
Che168 and Dongchedi. Both publish inspections; insurance claims and service history come mostly from Che168.
Are the reports translated from Chinese?
The labels are. Pass lang and you get them in English, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Bulgarian or Albanian. The inspector’s original Chinese text stays alongside.
Does every Chinese car have a report?
No, only the ones whose listing includes it. Use has_inspections=1 or has_history_reports=1 in the search to find them.
Can I reuse my code for Korean reports?
Yes. Inspections and history reports share one structure across all sites, so code written for Encar reads Che168 too.
