Encar is South Korea's best-known used-car marketplace. Dealers and private sellers list cars with an asking price, and many listings include the official performance inspection and the insurance accident history.

MotorAPIs reads every Encar listing into the shared car record of the global API, next to KB ChaChaCha, K Car and the other Korean sites, so a car listed on several of them is one car with several listings. Encar is a marketplace, not an auction: the price is what the seller asks.
