Pagination
Lists come in pages. Ask for the next page until the data array comes back empty.
- page starts at 1; per_page sets the page size.
- Keep every other filter the same while you page through.
- simple_paginate=1 skips the total count and answers faster.
- An empty data array means you passed the last page.
# Page 1, then 2, 3 … until "data" is empty
