Privacy policy

1. What we collect

We collect only what you send us or what is needed to run the service:

• Contact requests: the contact you leave (Telegram username, WhatsApp number or e-mail), your optional message, the page and language of the form, and the IP address of the request.
• API use: request metadata needed for security and abuse prevention, such as time, endpoint and IP address. Your API key is checked by the service but never written to our website logs.
• Technical data: standard server logs kept for security and troubleshooting.

2. Why we use it

To reply to your request in the channel you chose, to provide and secure the API, to prevent abuse, and to meet legal obligations. When you leave a WhatsApp number, we use WhatsApp to write to you.

3. Your API key in the docs

When you paste your key into the documentation console, it stays only in the memory of that browser tab. It is not saved in cookies or browser storage, and it is sent only to our own API address. Closing the tab forgets it.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Contact requests are delivered to our team through a messaging service. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under their own security obligations.

5. Retention

Contact requests are kept while we talk with you and for a reasonable period after, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Write to us through motorapis.com/contact.
